I needed some junk of various sizes and weights disposed of. Found Bay Hauling through Yelp and is one of the most highly rated local junk haulers. Gave them a call on a Monday early afternoon and spoke to Juan. He said he can stop by later the same day to look at what I have and give a quote. Later that afternoon, he called and said he’s on the way. When he and his partner arrived, they were friendly and courteous. I showed them what I wanted to get rid of, got a quote, approved it, and they got right to work. Competitive pricing, well worth it, great service, highly recommended! Thanks Juan!

We consistently receive excellent service from Bay Hailing.Recently, Shiloh and Jake assisted us with the preliminary cleanup for a room remodel. Despite the delay in getting the debris staged in the backyard, Shiloh and Jake efficiently managed the removal in minimal time. Booking an appt online was fast and easy. A representative reached out immediately to lock in the appt. I asked for an earlier appt which they were able to accommodate.Edgar and Junior messaged me when they were on the way and showed up on time. They took a look at the junk and gave a quote prior to starting the removal. They were in and out within 20 mins. Card payment was completed on their work device with a receipt provided with no issues.Great customer service, communication and completed the job quickly. Highly recommended business 10/10!

My wife and I needed to get rid of a lot of things that had been piling up for about four years. I set an appointment with Bay Hauling, the appointment was easy to make, Shiloh showed up on time and gave us a really fair quote. They took the massive pile of accumulated junk from our property in record time, and it ended up costing less than we had expected. The team was friendly, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We are so happy, and will reach out to Bay Hauling next time we need a hauling service.

Our first -time experience with Bay Hauling was smooth and easy! We like to keep our money local whenever possible, so we gave them a shot when we had to get rid of an old, and very heavy, recliner couch. I was impressed that they picked up the phone right away and were able to work us into their schedule with three days notice. I emphasized to them the importance of having the couch gone on time as we already had a scheduled delivery of new furniture. They confirmed everything through email and text, sent reminders, and on pick-up day they called a half-hour before to let me know they were on their way. So A+ for communication! The two haulers were friendly and professional. They arrived promptly, carefully removed the couch, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again!

Absolutely pleased with Bay Hauling. The property to haul away lots of debris, mattresses, bed frames and small furnishings was located at Lake Berryessa. To avoid a couple of trips up the mountain I sent a video of the items to be removed to Juan Vallejo. He estimated one truck would do and wasted no time with back and forth trips. His crew Silo and co-worker arrived in the am and cleaned out the house by 1pm. The truck was filled to the rim. True professionals they were with bags to clean off shelves, refrigerators, freezer and small items. They stacked the truck to fit larger furniture items neatly and covered the debris and drove off. The feeling was relief was mutual. You bet, I will be calling for future business. One more item to mention: Pricing was reasonable to top it off. Thank you Juan Vallejo. You said you would deliver and you did!

Back in January 2025, we found Bay Hauling through Habitat for Humanity to help with donation and haul-away services from my parents’ longtime home in San Francisco—and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish.Not only were they on time and incredibly clear about what items might qualify for donation vs. what would likely need to be dumped, they were also impressively efficient and careful throughout the entire process.Our house is no easy job—it’s a three-level home with two full flights of outdoor stairs just to reach the front door, and then another steep interior staircase up to the top floor, where most of the heavy furniture was located. We’re talking two large metal file cabinets, multiple desks (including a huge old-school drafting table), and a very bulky wood-look desk with a CD-hutch on top.Despite all that, they worked quickly, safely, and with such care—and never once complained about the stair situation. They also showed so much kindness and patience with my parents, which I deeply appreciated during a pretty emotional move.Bay Hauling went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing donation pickups, hauling, or move-related help. Bay Hauling was great. They were prompt, had great communication and took everything except for tires and paint. It was pricier than I would have liked but they were so fast and cleared everything out and cleaned to make sure they got all of the debris, it was all worth it. They were friendly and they showed pride in their work as representatives of Bay Hauling. They even mailed a thank you card which is a nice service touch. Overall, I would recommend this business for hauling services.

Juan and the crew came out and knocked out a side yard pile of debris left by a previous tenant. The price was within budget and they came next day. Before arrival I got a text of there arrival time window. They showed up ready to work and swept everything after. Truck was nice and clean and the crew was clean cut and in uniform! Hi neighbors. I recently used Bay Hauling to pick up and remove a lot of really big items. If you need to get rid of junk, I highly recommend them. Juan was very nice when I called and was also responsive to texts. They picked up and quickly removed large items (king size mattress and box spring, etc) I filled up half a truck and they collected it all and were gone within an hour. Their prices were fair and the guys were super nice. Plus, they didn’t bang into anything in the house when moving stuff and going around tight corners. Like I said, I recommend them.

I reached out to Bay Hauling last minute and spoke to Juan. He was so kind and very informative. He reassured me that they could have someone pick up my couch asap. They made everything so easy and made it work with my schedule. They were able to pick it up the following day and while I was at work. They kept me in the loop and the team that was going out to remove the couch did notify me when they would show up and how far they were. After they removed it, I was called by a kind woman to follow up with me to make sure everything went well and if there was anything else they could do. She then gave several different ways I could pay them. Venmo was the quickest and easiest way for me. I am so glad that I chose to do business with Bay Hauling. I would highly recommend them.

From booking the appointment until the service was complete, Bay Hauling provided top tier customer service. I originally booked online, but called to ask questions. Brenda assisted me and answered all of my questions. She even got me an earlier time slot for the next day! Juan texted me when he was on his way, showed up about 20 minutes later, and immediately started hauling my items. The entire process, including payment, took less than 30 minutes. I didn’t have a lot of items, and the pricing was reasonable and agreed upon before the work began. If you don’t like the free estimate, you can decline and they’ll leave. They also request pictures when you book which saved me time trying to explain everything and them from having to type/write it out. It’s a win-win for everyone involved! I’ll definitely use this company again, if needed, and will recommend to others.

This was easy process! When I first called, I spoke to a couple of girls and they were so nice and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and schedule an appointment. If I could rate this company more than 5 stars I would! From the point of contact, i.e., setting up an estimate appointment to pick up of items, the process was seamless and easy. I was most impressed by their customer service – they are very responsive to your phone calls and questions. Despite getting a couple of estimates for this job, I went with Bay Hauling because of previous reviews and a competitive bid. They did not disappoint! The team that arrived to do the hauling was not only timely, they were efficient and courteous. I will no doubt be referring Bay Hauling for jobs to my family and friends. I called Bay Hauling after Got Junk came by and quoted me a price I felt was way to high for the few things I had. I found this company by luck, and gave them a call. I sent a picture of what I had and immediately was given a quote of 65$ less than what Got Junk wanted me to pay. They came the next day. Very nice and friendly staff. This is my new company to call from now on when I need junk removed. Great Job!

I called Bay Hauling and they had a tech come out that same day to give a quote and to set us up for an appointment 2 days later. Arrival window was between 10am-12pm and they got her at 9:30am and we’re done by 10:30! They did an amazing job. We have 1 more load to do and we will definitely book with them again, only reason why we didn’t want to do both loads on the same day is because we had my daughters birthday party planned that afternoon. Bay Hauling was reliable and cleared very heavy blocks of concrete from our yard. The workers were efficient, timely and hard working. We definitely recommend their services. Out of 5 providers we contacted, they were the most straight forward in providing a quote and actually doing the work. I used Bay hauling today. They are very efficient, after leaving a message at noon. Juan returned my phone call almost immediately. He said he would have someone there before 5:00pm today. There driver arrived exactly at 4pm, Val and his team made the junk removal seamless. Just bunch of old tin, a BBQ, garden table, barrel and porch bench. Best service ever! Juan and his crew and quick to respond and very professional. Their rate is super reasonable. We had a little set back because one of my family members didn’t want to let go of a few things (even though we don’t need it anymore!) and they handled it well.
